'We had dreams and songs to sing'

My name is Keith Salmon (that's me on the right with the helmet haircut and the biggest rosette in the world) and I live in the Isle of Man with my wife Nikki, son Charlie and a new addition, since the book launched, the beautiful Isobel.

I was born in Liverpool in 1965, just after Liverpools first FA Cup win, and the smell of silver polish has never been far away whilst following 'my' football team - Liverpool FC. My passion is as strong as ever and the love for my club and City shines on.

Football defined my path in life and afforded me wonderful friendships and opportuniuties to travel and meet people from all walks of life.

I am a storyteller and what better story than one about my first real passion and the one thing that defined my life.

I would like to take you on my journey from the working class suburbs of Liverpool to my new life via the football grounds of England and Europe.
